E2E Tutors (Entry to Employment) required to work for prestigious training organisation in Derby, Derbyshire!

E2E Tutor (Entry to Employment) required to work for prestigious training organisation in Derby, Derbyshire!

Duties include:

• Supporting 16-19 year old learners. Helping them to gain employment through the delivery of structured job focused training programmes, workshop and supported Jobsearch
•Working with employers to develop programs that lead to guaranteed interviews.
•Embedding literacy and numeracy in E2E sessions
•Carrying out assessments on the likelihood of candidates ability to find employment
•Assist candidates in the preparation and updating of their CV's
•Provide candidates with information, advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions about which courses they may wish to undertake
