We are currently looking for an experienced Internal Verifier Coordinator to join their established team
Responsibilities
· Supervising a team of Internal Verifiers
· Produce training material and resources for assessment teams
· Deliver training where needed to all assessment staff
· Quality checks on accurate records for ongoing sampling and end sample
· Quality check all internal verification records on-line
· Quality assurance of all external testing
· Carry out Internal Verification duties in all framework components
· Feedback to internal verifier
· Follow up any actions from internal verification
· Standardisation on Internal verification within programme
· Carry out any actions identified at the external verification visit and updating Curriculum Manager of progress and completion
· Checking CPD of assessment staff to ensure they are fully competent and this has been documented where appropriate
· Identifying training requirements and informing Curriculum Managers for all assessment and verification staff
· Coordinate all governing body instructions
· Maintain correspondence links between all different areas of assessment
· Monitor audit documentation to company standards
Requirements/Qualifications
Qualified to D32/33 or A1 Assessors qualifications
Qualified to D34 or V1 Internal Verifiers qualifications
Key Skills delivery and Technical Certificate
Minimum of 3 years occupational competency experience
To work as part of a team reporting to Curriculum Manager.
Able to work to targets and deadlines including the monitoring of ongoing individual function development plans to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Minimum grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in mathematics and English or Key Skills at Level 3 within the last ten years, or Achieve Level 2 or 3 BKSB testing results.
Basic office IT knowledge
Knowledge and experience of Internal Verification would be advantageous
Experience and knowledge of training and assessment
Excellent communication skills
Salary up to £25k per ANNUM
